Importing new ads¶

One of the first tasks to accomplish is to add an advertising network to Advertising Manager. Advertising Manager recognizes many ad networks and affiliate programs. For demonstration, we are going to use Google Adsense:

1. If you have not already done so, sign up for an ad network. An example on how to sign up to Google Adsense is shown here.

2. Generate ad tags from your ad network. These are the HTML tags that are going to be placed in your blog.

3. In the Wordpress screen, click on the 'Create New' item in the 'Ads' menu.

4. Paste the tags that you generated from before.

5. Click the 'import' button.
